At RagaHills, we are committed to delivering the freshest teas and beverages to our customers. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return, no refund policy once an order has been successfully delivered.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided by you at checkout.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns or refunds, we understand issues may rarely occur during transit. You may contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

The package arrived in a damaged condition (tampered seal, broken packaging, etc.).

The product received is different from what was ordered.

The product is found to be spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
In such cases:

You must provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product in question.

Our team will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, we may issue a replacement order or store credit (refunds to original payment method are not guaranteed and remain at our sole discretion).
3. Non-Eligibility
You will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit if:

You contact us after 48 hours of delivery.

The product has been opened, consumed, or partially used.

The issue is due to customer error (e.g., wrong shipping address entered, missed delivery, refusal to accept package).

Claims are made without supporting evidence (photos/videos).
4. Shipping Issues

Once dispatched, RagaHills is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it will be considered delivered even if the customer claims non-receipt. Customers must directly coordinate with the courier in such cases.
5. Hygiene & Safety
As our products are consumables, accepting returns poses serious hygiene and safety concerns. For this reason, no product once delivered will be taken back under any circumstances.
